I've too checked all over razer and it doesn't really say much about my problem. TL DR: Headset immediately disconnects itself after connecting to wireless receiver and chat/game audio is switched.Doing some quick research (ie i googled it) and this seems to be a common problem. NOTE: I do have STEELSERIES ENGINE but I don't touch it because it always messes with the connection making me reconnect and disconnect for another 10 minutes. This issue on the other hand does not heavily affect my daily life unlike the connection issue. This started 2 weeks back and does not get resolved after uninstalling drivers or resetting the headset. Instead the Chat Audio is has become the default playback device. This means that the Game Audio that is suppose to be the default playback device does not work, it crashes Spotify or YouTube when I try to use it. The next issue is the Chat and Game Audio is switched. I've tried resetting the headset multiple times, but it doesn't work long. I have to do this every time I have this connection issue which means I have to do this ALL THE TIME. Go to Device Manager and delete drivers Disconnect 2.4 ghz wireless USB receiver The past few days, I've been doing this to TEMPORARILY fix this is: ![]() Sometimes after the 30th try, it may connect but this happens every once in a while. This process would happen every day, every morning, and every time I turn on my PC. Almost every time (like 90% of the time) I turn on my headset to connect to the 2.4 ghz wireless connection, it will connect then immediately disconnect after. It was bearable at first but now it's an issue that affects my daily life. Everything was fine for the first 2 days or so until I started experiencing problems with the 2.4 ghz wireless connection. It has since been a few weeks after the first 30-days and I can't return it. I bought my Arctis 9 (NOT 9X) back in mid-January of 2021.
